2 workouts today - Fire 55 - Saturday Special

When I have extra energy I like to step up my game :) I did Turbo Fire 55 this morning because my friend Angie did it :) I forgot how much fun that workout is even with the 2 drills included. I burned 444 calories and got my heart rate up to 147.. Then I took  a break and came back and did Saturday Special and burned 184 calories and got my heart rate up to 126 ... I was sick a couple days and hate missing workouts.. Still don't have all my steps in. Right now I have 6,679 in . I am still trying to reach 10,000. I thought I would post this as this is how I am trying to eat right now I change the times a little but it really is working for me. Tomorrow is P90 rest day, but I will get some workout in not sure what yet ::) Hope everyone is having a great weekend :)

Christmas holiday- sculpt b

I was sick a couple days so I had to take a few days off.  Lots of sick people in my family. I'm back though did sculpt b today. Can defiantly feel it in my arms. I hope everyone had a great Christmas . I did :) got a new 60 inch TV so I'll be able to see Tony . I burned  216 calories and got my heart rate up to 104. My eating  has been okay. Will get back on track, but i have been drinking my Shakeology!!! Tomorrow is Saturday Special!

Sweat B and Ab Ripper B - Almost done with B week one..

I have really been pushing myself.. I did Sweat B and Ab Ripper B.. Each time I try to go a little harder isn't that what fitness is all about? I really am enjoying this program ... I love the days with the weights. My weight has dropped dramatically. I have also changed my eating habits.. Here are my stats from today.

Tested out Insanity Max 30 - Cardio Challenge

Last night I tested out Inanity Max 30.. Cardio Challenge.. WOW.. Shaun T has done it again.. I was scared to try this.. I love how it pushes you till you can't give anymore then you get back in.. I did half with the modifier and half without.. I maxed out at 11:25.. Shaun T. really motivates you in this one.. You can even tell when Shaun T is tired.. However he really motivates you in this one.. I suprised myself with my time .. I said my time would be around 6 min. The time to me went by slow lol. However I thought each round with the moves I had troubles with I would work on those and improve those ... You are going to really love this program. The thing is if you don't max out you aren't being honest with yourself.. I love that Shaun T. wants you to Max out.. People try to compare their times just do your best and forget the rest :)

Sweat B AND Ab Ripper B

I am repeating a week of p90.. The first week of B . I had so much going on and felt like I wasn't focused enough. Today I had Sweat B and Ab Ripper B . I felt great doing it.. I burned 345 and got my heart rate up to 131.. Tomorrow is Sculpt B :) Hope everyone is having a great Monday.

Sculpt B

I did sculpt B yesterday .. I am so sore lol.. my arms are.. One. more and I am done with week one of  B .Even when life gets in the way get it done.. It clears my mind and makes me more patient. Today I have Saturday Special which is really one of my favorites actually.. I am also hoping to finally get my Max 30 in today. So ready to max out with Shaun T.. Sculpt B

I had Sculpt B today.. I really love that one, because of the weights. I am really working on my nutrition and water intake. Trying to eat more during the day and less at night.. We have so many goodies in the house, because my mom is sick. I am proud of myself from staying away from them. I had Shakeology for Breakfast.. Ham and veg table soup for lunch and oatmeal with blueberries for dinner. Tomorrow I will be at the hospital so I will try to eat as clean as possible. I was able to burn 213 calories and got my heart rate up to 120. Tomorrow I have Sweat B and Ab Ripper B :) Yes I did my workout with my Christmas Tree hat on the whole time.

Sweat B And Ab RIpper B

I woke up early got in Sweat B and Ab Ripper B.. Really focusing on form this time Burned 348 calories and got my heart rate up to 138.  Last night I had some extra energy and did Fire 55 :) And burned around 420 calories :) I might if I can get one more workout in later today trying to up my game . Another busy week ahead with mom going back in for surgery tomorrow. .. Hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead and reaches all your goals.

Sorry about being MIA mom was in the hospital

So let me explain why I have been missing. My mom had surgery on Tuesday.. I stayed with her the whole time.. She had a spinal fusion done.. Then again next Tuesday they have to go back in to put in more screws :) I came home though and did Sculpt B which I really like different moves and longer. All weights and no resistance bands.. I don't really like the bands. Today I have Saturday Special and need to take my pictures for month 2 :) Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend :) Longer post coming soon.

Sweat B and Ab Ripper B- Never skip a Monday workout

Sweat B was longer and harder still doable, but a step up.. Some different moves Incorporated which I like.. I burned 316 calories and got my heart rate up to 120. Ab ripper B was long and some newer moves you can really feel it in your core and abs I am already sore :) I am a night owl by nature... But like getting my work outs in early so I have the rest of the day to work on my nutrition and water intake. Tomorrow is Sculpt B which I will be starting out with lighter weights since I know it will be harder and work my way up again.

Never miss a workout on a Monday!!!!!!!! Why? If you  miss a workout on Monday it starts your week off horribly. You feel off track.  Plus getting your workout in on Monday can make for a much better Monday.. Ever notice on the days you miss you feel groggy or your more aggravated. I am just so much more patient and enjoyable if I get my workout in.. It's that high. The natural high of the feeling when it is over :) That goes on throughout the day . So moral of this post.. Don't miss a Monday workout.. Schedule them  write out a time so no one disturbs you. It's your time be stingy take what you need.. Enjoy it ...

Saturday Special

Did Saturday Special later tonight. Love this one some of the moves aren't as easy as you think . Lost 5 more pounds over Thanksgiving which is very impressive.. Getting all my water in daily :) Burned  194 calories and got my heart rate up to 138.. Tomorrow is REST day , but I will walk or something.. Then I have Sweat B and Ab Ripper B on Monday ;0 

What is Insanity Max 30

Have you thought to yourself what is Insanity Max 30 ?  It's 150 new moves Shaun T. created totally different from the orginal Insanity. As you know Shaun T is the creator of Hip Hop Abs ,T25 , Insanity and Rocking Body.. The other thing is these workouts are only 30 min.. They might be advance, but their is a modifier. Do you need any equipment? No only your body and to be able to dig deeper.. This is a 60 day program broken down into 2 months.. Each time you go a little harder til you MAX OUT... Each time you push a little harder then the time before?

What exactly is Maxing out? 

Max Out means to stop or fail for the first time in the workout.  It's really truly not about getting through all 30 minutes.  It's about going as hard as you can for as long as you can, until you MAX OUT.  Write down the time take a break, and then you want to jump back into the workout.  If you stay committed and push to your max you will add more time each week with the workouts!

Sweat A - Ab Ripper A

I could have easily skipped today's workout... If I was hungover and all , but no I am smarter then that  I got it done... Last time doing sweat a and ab ripper a..... Is it cold out? Yes. Could I be out shopping yes.. But my health is more important .. I have self determination to get it done everyday. No excuses. Tomorrow is Saturday Special .. Then Monday Starts Block B :)  I burned 246 calories an got my heart rate up to 133.. I have a confession I had Arbys today I was out running around. Every other place was packed.. It was so gross I couldn't eat it.. Yuck. 2 bites .. I Swear it is like dog food.

So excited to start Block B . Cant wait to see what is in store.. Tonight one of my favorite Christmas movies is on Frosty the Snowman.. A classic :) It has been a long day . Going to have some chilli and relax . Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend :)

Facing my Fears - Going to do Insanity Max 3.0

I finally decided today that I am going to do Insanity Max 3.0 .. I have been kind of scared well TERRIFIED is the word of this program.. I can do this if I did Insanity right? lol. Why do I think Shaun T. is going to try to kill me in this one.. But one key word MODIFY. I will and wont be ashamed that I am going to. I will still be doing p90 :) I want to be ready for Summit 2015. I can't believe this new journey I will be on :) I may end up hating Shaun t by the end of all this what do you think? Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family .

I did Sweat A and Ab ripper A one today..I get to do it one more time then move on:) I burned 220 calories and got my heart rate up to 133. I am getting very comfortable with the moves. Fast feet is becoming one of my favorite things also Sprawls which is suprising.

I did sculpt a today :) Feeling pretty good. Used the lighter weights though I am working on my positioning. I burned 174 calories and got my heart rate up to 113.. For breakfast I had my Shakeology.. Lunch was Chicken Pad Tai.. Not sure about dinner yet.. Tomorrow I have Sweat a and ab ripper a:) Last week of A phase .

Sweat A and Ab Ripper A

Today I had Sweat A and Ab ripper A.  It was rainy dark out.. I could have made up a million reasons why I didn't do it.. But no I got up and got it done. I burned 180 calories. and got my heart rate up to 134... Tomorrow I have Sculpt A. 

Confession : I have been keeping my food journal .. I do really good then forget to log a couple days.. I will get better :) 

Rest Day-Things I am thankful for

Today is my rest day. I took the whole day off only did a few things for work.. Its hard for me to ignore messages, but I am getting better at doing it.. I deserve one day off. I had my shakeology though. Since Thanksgiivng is upon us I thought I would say what I am thankful for.. Thier are so many things , but here are a few.. 

1. My mom and her unconditional love and support she always gives me no matter what crazy thing I embark on . I love her so much we have become so close.. 

2. My job I am so blessed to be able to do what I do from home and get to change people's lives. Its so rewarding everyday. I have met and become friends with some awesome people from all around :) 

3. My sucess club partner Angie  She teaches me so much and is so patient when I don't get something.. Her friendship means the world to me. I just wish she lived a little closer :

Sweat A and Ab Ripper A - Tips on creating a food journal

I had Sweat A and Ab Ripper A this morning I keep pushing myself a little more each day. I know Phase B will be hard and I want to be ready .. Ab A ripper killed me at first, but is now quite easy to me and enjoyable. I burned 201 calories and got my heartrat up to 134.. Press jacks are a pain for me .. I modify it a few seconds then try to do them. Tomorrow is Sculpt A.. I am still having issues with a few of the postitioning of my feet so I want to make sure I get it right... So glad I fianlly got the Resistance Band fixed. 

Now I am going to give you some tips on how to create a food journal that work for me... Food is so important in this journey as well... 

1.  Write every little thing that you put in your mouth 

2. Make it colorful , make it your own 

3. Cary it with you all day.. 

4. There are many apps you can do it with .  I like to have a notebook... 

5. As you go through out the day keep track of your water with little x'es  

Sculpt A

Sculpt A today been getting them in much eailer.. Today was busy though so it got done late. My nutriotion has been very good. Been keeping track of it.. I love how you can still sweat so much during Sculpt A. Tonight we have are team call. I love my coaches so much. Today is a holiday , but still got work to do ... Sweat A - Ab Ripper A

This morning I woke up and did Sweat A and Ab Ripper A... This is the second week .. I am stepping it up a bit.. I am enjoying getting my workouts in early. I use to wait to do them much later in the day and late at night. This morning I burned 277 calories and got my heart rate up to 137. I am going to be taking progress pictures. I hate taking them but I am going to do it if it helps inspire something .  Tomorow I have Sculpt A

Sweat A- and Ab RIpper A- Overcoming the fear of taking Progress pictures

This morning I got my workout in early.. Been trying to lately. I did Sweat A and Ab Ripper A. I aslo finally put down the tape like Tony Horton says.. It really does help. It makes it hard when you imagine it.. I am proud of myself I got to day 3 of the 6 Day Shred.. I knew it would be hard.. Those type of restritive diets are not my thing. I will continue eating healhty and drinking water.. I just don't believe in counting calroies and diets. I get to bored with the same food over and over. Im shocked I made it 3 days. I burned 196 calories and got my heartrate to 113. Tomorrow is Sculpt A.

The second part of my blog post is a fear I need to get over. I have seen people be attacked over posting progress pictures ... As a fitness Coach I know I need to take them. People don't know what other people have been through or their story. But are so quick to judge. I will get through this. The other thing is what is the best way to take progress pictures? I see people take them all sorts of ways.. Any advice would be great on this..

Sculpt A - Day 3 - Day 2 6 day shred

Woke up this morning early to get my workout in. Glad that I did. Had Sculpt A again. Broke my resistance bands on my door lol. GO figure.. Now I need to figure out away to make them tight.  I burned 173 calories and got my heart rate up to 123. I have already lost 2 lbs doing the 6 day shred.. I am super excited.  Will be ready the time Thanksgiving rolls around.. By the way their are Kit Kats in the fridge I have not touched. Have no desire too.

Day 2 of the Shred -...........

Breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs
1 apple
1 cup of casheews

Now a snack and im not hungry. But will have another cup of fruit.. 60 Oz of water in already .

Sweat A and Ab Ripper A - DAY 1 OF 6 day SHRED

I did Sweat A firt ... I loved it.. New moves.. Definatly sweated . Its short and sweet.. i feel like my feet have gotten faster.. Then I did Ab Ripper A.. very awesome a great ab workout short but effective. Now I am going to enjoy the weather and go for a walk outside..

Today is day 1 of 6 day shred.. 60 OZ OF WATER in.. Feeling great. Had my Shakeology for breakfast. Will have my first snack when I come back. Here are my stats from todays workout..
Today I did Sculpt A from P90.. My first day.  I liked it was short but intense. A lot of the same moves from p90x3... So  I knew most of them.. Their was a modifier as well. Tomorrow I start the 6 day Shred.. I am hoping to lose a couple pounds from that.. My challengers have done it and had great results.  I was going to start today, but decided on tomorrow. Tomorrow we have 2 workouts Sweat A and Ab RIpper A.  I like how this program is set up in phases to get you ready for the next phase.

I did have a few pieces of candy however candy does not own me . I know when to stop I have self control. We through it all out .. Dont need the temptation :)   Here are my stats from Day 1.

Combat 60- Week 4

I did Combat 60 today.. I went hard.. No water breaks.  My goal is to get close to 600 calories.. I love to challenge myself. Take it to the next level.. I burned today 450 calories and got my heart rate up to 150.. 54 min of non stop kick boxing. I LOVE IT. Did you get your workout in today what did you do ?

Overcome your Excuses ...

Fitness is a constant struggle.. But once you get in the right frame of mind that you can do it nothing will hold you back.  Another excuse I get is I don't have 30 min.. Really come on? Anyone has 30 min? You don't have time to save your life and get in shape? Their is even a program that is 25 min.. I hear all the excuses in the book. I use to use most of them as well. One day I woke up and said ENOUGH.. I want to be fit and healthy.. Do I eat clean 100 percent of the time ? NO.. But I do enough to make it count..  I always think of the feeling after the workout.. Ahhh it always feels so refreshing and never once has made me regret it..  So this is my message to you ..

Stop all the excuses .. Get off your butt and do it.. Stop whining.. You can change things and have the power...  Will it be easy ? Will it be worth it.. YES... Go out and chase your dreams make things happen..

SHock HIt 2 - Plyo

Today I went full speed. I really hate working out early in the morning. I guess it all depends on what type of person you are. I have more energy in the middle or later in the day.. My legs were aching from yesterday but I just get up and do it.. i LOVE Hit Interval training.. I had a very productive day..

Week 3 already of LesMills Combat

I am still at it.. My form has gotten so much better. I really enjoy this program. It is one where you never wake up and say UGH. I have to do a workout .  I did Combat 30 yesterday and burned 213 calories and got my heart rate up to 131.. High Intensity Interval training is where it is at.. You go hard then you recover.. I had a customer yesterday ask me.. I am skinny how do I get my abs to show.. I can't express how important nutrition is.. Once you get your food in line you will see results.. I promise..

Combat - 60

I love Combat 60  because I can forget about everything and just punch and kick. The 60 min goes by so fast. I burned 374 calories and got my heart rate up to 136. I defiantly feel stronger and am getting the moves down.. Tomorrow I have another power hit. Which I like cause it gives you a break.. I am already on week 2 of LesMills Combat :) It is for sure ranked high.. If you haven't tried it i highly suggest it.. The music is so upbeat and its fun :) Did you get your workout in today ?

Combat 30

I did Combat 30 today . I had to take yesterday off had a horrible migraine.. I was trying to be Rach today.. I really love this program. You get a full body workout.. Also the time goes by fast.. That is important to me, because I get bored easy. Tomorrow I have Combat 45. I burned 281 calories in 30 min and got my heart rate up to 181. Don't put limits on yourself.. You are so strong.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Synthroid vs. Natural Thyroid

I had a thyroidectomy in Dec of 2011.. I started feeling great after and had much more energy.. Then I got put on synthroid. I would go to get my tsh tested about every month.. The Dr. would always tell me it was normal, which it was not.. I finally had a good friend tell me about Armour... I started researching it.. With synthroid she kept switching the dosages. Never got the levels right. I did a lot of research on Armour .. I asked my Dr. if she had heard of it.. She looked at me like I was from another planet and said where did you hear about this. She said she wouldn't prerscribe it.. I then went to my family dr and she put me on it.. I  have been on it for about 2 weeks.. I can tell you it makes all the difference in the world.. With synthroid I was having hand shakes .. They are gone.. So many other symptoms.. Weight gain.. Depression which I suffer from... So the point of this post being.. If you are on Synthroid and are feeling bad.. Find out what your Tsh level is and talk to your dr.. They're other medicines out there....
