Next Program - 21 Day Fix Extreme

So excited to start my next program.. I was going to do T25, but after just finishing a 90 day program re thought it.  I did 21 day fix.. I have to say the workouts didn't really didn't do much for me.. I am sure Autumn will make me eat my words this time lol. I love weights so I am sure it will be a nice change.. Then I might do T25 :)  Has anyone else tried 21 day fix? What were your thoughts on the program ? 


Last week of P90 starts tommorrow

Sorry for not posting.. Been pretty busy. So happy and proud of myself that this is the last week of p90. Today i went for a walk and did Saturday Special .. I burned around 440 calories and got my heart rate up to around 130. My balance is so much better from doing P90... My nutrition was good today .. Here are my pics from today.Were doing a Burn to Earn Contest. That is why there is a day 7 on there. Tomorrow I have Sweat C and Ab Ripper C :)

Week 10 - Sweat C and Ab Ripper C

I am starting on week 10 today.. No more modifining .. I was able to burn 395 calories and got my heart rate up to 146,,, C is hard, but getting easier and my form is a lot better. Tomorrow I have Sculpt C.. My goal is to not miss any workouts this month and to up my weights... February is a short month so I need to make the best of it... Next workout? T25 i am thinking not sure..... Stay tuned..

Shakeology Cookies



Phase C

Whoa so I am on day 4 of phase C. It is defiantly kicked up a notch. It goes back to balance which I struggle with. I am getting better ... The workouts are longer and more intense as you would gets cause its the 3rd month after all. Some Yoga in it as well as some of the moves from X3. I love a good challenge though :) Tomorrow is Sculpt C.. Which has also changed. Going back to the resistance bands which I always like the weights better. Phase c you  can at most burn up to 500 calories. I am so thankful for Phase a and b that got me ready for this ... Just a little bit of motivation to leave you with .

Sculpt B - Week 7

Had Sculpt B today.  Week 7 ... One more week of B left. Then I start C :) I burned 212 calories and got my heart rate up to 122 :) Been super busy today dealing with Insurance people ugg.. They are so frusterating..Had a million things to do and that took up half my day. Ill leave you with this motivation picture for today.

Starting Week 7 of P90 tomorrow

Tomorrow I am starting week 7 of P90.. It is getting a little repetitive, but I am still enjoying it . Can't wait to start Phase C. Still need to get in Saturday Special tonight after the zoom call.. Better late the never. I did walk 5 miles this morning though. I got in 9,000  steps . I know I can get in 10,00 when I do my workout.. Ready for the week to start. Next week is my birthday . So hard to believe ill be 39 but in the best shape of my life and healthy :) I hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead. Make sure to stay hydrate and get your workouts in .



21 Day Fixed Approved - Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Banana Oatmeal Cookies
21 DAY FIX APPROVED

Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup old fashion rolled oats
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 sea salt
2 ripe medium bananas
1/4 golden raisins
1/4 cup raw walnuts
Preheat oven to 350
lightly coat baking sheet with spray set aside
Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in medium bowl. Mix well
Add Bananas, raisins, and walnuts. Mix well
Drop by heaping tbsp. onto baking sheet flatten cookies with a spatula
Bake for 14 to 15 min until Firm

People are always complaining that eating healthy is to expensive? Is it really? Or do people just not know how to budget properly ? Here are some tips for you to manage food on a budget



Tip 1 - Don't go to the grocery store when your hungry.. Keep a piece of fruit or a small Ziploc® bag full of raw nuts in your bag to guard against filling your cart with foods you’re craving now but wouldn’t buy on a full stomach.


Tip 2 - Buy flash-frozen fruits, vegetables, and fish.

Produce is trickier: frozen is sometimes, but not always, cheaper than fresh, in-season, fruits and vegetables.


Tip 3- Shop at your local Farmers Market

Sculpt B

Hi everyone

I had Sculpt B today .. I love the weights.. I am so excited to get the new Fitbit Charge Hr.. I am hoping it comes out before my birthday. Which is January 20th.. I can't believe i will be 39 this year. Which is scary. But i am in the best shape of my life and fit and healthy. I was able to burn 209 calories and get my heart rate up to 129.. My nutrition was good today.. Have a team call at 8 . I am not sure about diner yet. Got all my water in today  as well.. Here is a little quote to leave you with.

Happy New Years and all of that

Hi everyone


So sorry I have been MIA. The holidays were crazy... Kept up with my workouts though. Dealing with a pinched nerve right now , but going to attempt to get a workout in tonight. Hope you all had a wonderful Holidays.. What are 3 goals you have for 2015 ? I never make resolutions, because I constantly improve myself from day to day.. I feel making resolutions is a waist of time.. Just continue to work on yourself daily . Tony Horton says it best in his book The Big Picture .. Do your best and forget the rest :)  Things thankfully are finally settling down. Whew.. I love Christmas but I am always happy when its over ..
