SHock HIt 2 - Plyo

Today I went full speed. I really hate working out early in the morning. I guess it all depends on what type of person you are. I have more energy in the middle or later in the day.. My legs were aching from yesterday but I just get up and do it.. i LOVE Hit Interval training.. I had a very productive day..
