Happy New Years and all of that

Hi everyone


So sorry I have been MIA. The holidays were crazy... Kept up with my workouts though. Dealing with a pinched nerve right now , but going to attempt to get a workout in tonight. Hope you all had a wonderful Holidays.. What are 3 goals you have for 2015 ? I never make resolutions, because I constantly improve myself from day to day.. I feel making resolutions is a waist of time.. Just continue to work on yourself daily . Tony Horton says it best in his book The Big Picture .. Do your best and forget the rest :)  Things thankfully are finally settling down. Whew.. I love Christmas but I am always happy when its over ..
