Phase C

Whoa so I am on day 4 of phase C. It is defiantly kicked up a notch. It goes back to balance which I struggle with. I am getting better ... The workouts are longer and more intense as you would gets cause its the 3rd month after all. Some Yoga in it as well as some of the moves from X3. I love a good challenge though :) Tomorrow is Sculpt C.. Which has also changed. Going back to the resistance bands which I always like the weights better. Phase c you  can at most burn up to 500 calories. I am so thankful for Phase a and b that got me ready for this ... Just a little bit of motivation to leave you with .
